Selle San Marco Mantra Saddle with Xsilite Rails: The Mantra is designed to offer the greatest relief from Perennial pressure of any saddle on the market. The arrow head shaped cut-out is designed to be the longest and widest cut-out in the traditional-saddle-biz. In fact, it is so big that it starts just behind the nose and stretches all the way to the back, with the widest point in the middle measuring an astounding 30mm. The usable area is huge and provides lots of positions where the cut-out is effective which can be an issue with smaller cut-outs. The Mantra has a carbon fibre reinforced shell (C.F.R.P.) wrapped in San Marco's synthetic leather which is both breathable and durable. The shell is mated to 'Xsilite' rails which were created specifically for professional racers and are much lighter and stronger than titanium due to a high percentage of silicon mixed with particles of titanium and carbon.
